 Our program is laser-focused on bringing awareness and understanding to your staff on OSHA’s 14 required elements from the Bloodborne Pathogens regulations. Our goal is to make training interesting, interactive, and easy to understand.  It fosters a team culture that prioritizes safety and reduces risk.

 The program's initial meeting will focus on gathering information and setting your facility up for compliance success.

 Technology is constantly evolving to combat scammers and hackers. With Privacy and Security awareness and comprehensive policies and procedures, you can protect your patients' data. Our HIPAA training uses real-life examples, current information, and data breach examples. 

We encourage questions, so that all staff can understand the importance of keeping data secure.  Both the practice and employees are accountable for keeping personally identifiable information secure.  It takes a committed in-office team to keep information secure, and everyone in your facility is a star player.

Safety Objectives:       

 Sexual harassment can be catastrophic for an employer's reputation and bottom line if it fails to take action concerning a complaint. Failing to take action can result in the loss of employee trust and the loss of valuable talent. The action or the lack of action a company takes also has legal repercussions. When a complaint comes to light, it is important to have a plan that determines how effectively it can dodge the ensuing liability. More importantly, when a company takes quick action against a harassment complaint, employees know that their safety is the company’s top priority.
